Bob is avatar of concept of life (life is high 1-B).

Bob created a INFINITE number of clones. 1 clone per multiverse. 1 clone can easily destroy a multiverse. His clones embodies of life of theirs multiverses. If clone dies, every existence in his mutiverse turn into nothingless.

Bob live in his own multiverse that he can destroy without effort. Bob can stomp all of his clones in the same time.

So, which tier is Bob and what abilities he has?

As each clone can easily destroy a multiverse, they would all be at least 2-C. For Bob to be able to stomp all the infinite number of these, that would make him at least 2-A.

As that ability means he embodies the concept of life across an infinite number of multiverses and holds absolute power over life and death of all of these infinite multiverses.

However, as your statement appeared to say that he was dimensonally limited, and only actually embodies life in his own multiverse, and not across a countably infinite number of those multiverses, I would say that that would make Bob 1-C.

Some powers that Bob would possess would be:

Conceptual Manipulation [via embodying the concept of life], Creation [via creating an infinite number of clones], Immortality (Types 3 [see later] and 5 [via embodying the concept of life] ), Regenerationn (Mid-Godly) [Because Bob embodies a concept, he would be able to consistantly regenerate as long as it existed]

Multiverse =/= infinite number of multiverses. This is exactly the difference between Tier 2-A, 2-B and 2-C. The amount of multiverses you can destroy. For Bob to destroy all his infinite 2-C clones would be tandamount to destroying an infinite number of multiverses, which places him at 2-A.

For Bob to move beyond that point, he would need to prove that he was not dimensionally limited, and could hold power capable of destroying and creating 5-dimensional timelines. I can assume that he is already capable of destroying 4-dimensional timelines and realities, as that is his feats. However, at because he only destroyed 4-D, he is capped at 2-A.

One clone is 2-A because his multiverse = infinite number of universes, and Bob can stomp all of them.

But, you haven't specified whether Bob is higher-dimensional. All I know is that he can stomp a bunch of Tier 2-A's (you were right on that point, I read the tiering thing wrong), so that would make him 1-C at maximum.
