Which tools are usually used for pixel scaling?

Paint is enough. I've made 3 successful calcs with MS Paint alone. (And a calculator)

Yeah, i've done some calcs already and i've been using Paint and the pixel scaling tool Muchacho posted earlier. They're enough and very simple to use.
