Why didn't I put the Mandalorian?

Let's say that Mando is up a hill with some places to hide, seeing how Block Boi apparently outmatches him in almost every way.

Are we really allowed to give that type of advantage in a VS battle?

I get turning it nighttime for someone powered by the moon, but now we're just straight up giving a disadvantage to block player, like taking away Goku's arms in a fight against Superman. That makes this match biased if you ask me, even if you already stated that you don't want him to win.

The block has almost every advantage in the book, to the point where I don't think Mado can win unless the block is really, really, dumb - which you claimed he wasn't.

Mado has literally no way to defend himself out in the open, while Player can abuse shields.

How is this fair?

We are allowed to give a character a certain advantage in order to make the fight fairer. For example, prep time, homefield advantage etc.

Tell me, how isn't this a Stomp if the Player outclasses Mando in every way?

Uphill with some places to hide, are you talking like behind large rocks, structures?

Also, would it be daytime, or nightime? Spots to hide are more effective in the night than in the day due to more shadows, or dark spots.

The Player HAS fought in the night before, especially dark areas like Slender Forest, so hes no stranger to night battles, especially since the Slender Forest if a crowded place.

Noting that, and everything discussed beforehand. I will ask two questions that will greatly affect the battle, can the player see from very far away ranges (talking about weapons that aren't snipers, but rather a gadget), and can the player traverse by air, or by speed rather quickly to where it will greatly affect his movement? Like, does he have a spell that can make him run extremely quickly.

Player's field of view should be comparable to that of a regular human, and Player has access to the Jetpack and Cupid Wings to fly high in the air. He can also rocket jump (with the 0xbadcode and a few other weapons, it does no damage to himself) to areas which can also be used as a way to traverse areas quickly.
