Why hasnt this chakra blast feat been accepted? Base Naruto and Toneri are still kept at "Unknown" even after this feat has been calculated?

Exactly. Base The last Naruto should be easy to scale. Just scale him above his War arc KCM 1 self who could barely dodge the Raikage. Base TL Naruto was able to react to Toneri's golden wheel reincarnate which is relativistic. KCM 1 teen Naruto was High 7A but Base TL Naruto should be at that level or even higher imo.

Actually it’s because the verse revisions haven’t gotten to Blank Period and New Era yet.

This might come as a shock, but “the staff are meanies” is not the reason for everything.

Yeah, revising a verse like Naruto isn't easy because you have to gather scans, make calculations, wait for them to be accepted and that they're not outliers, make a thread and get the results accepted (which not always happens BTW) which may take a while...then do it again for different topics because no way in hell you can do everything in one go...

And this is all without taking Personal lifes into account.
