Why is pre RE5 Jill just street level?

Resident evil is pretty neglected as a verse, their stats are all over the place. She is definitely around wall level even as back as RE 1 from the fact a strike from the Tyrant is only enough to knock her out.

Heck why is she listed as super human for just "dodging some bullets." Aren't feats like that usually subsonic-supersonic?
like Tyrant can deflect a M202 flash rocket launcher. Those are subsonic and Jill and chris can avoid swipes and swings from him.

I feel like a verse revision is in order, there are far too many feats from tyrants and the like that aren't properly measured and just eye-balled.

Yeah, there are many overlooked feats like that as well, I will try to compile them all and get them calced to do a proper revision in the near future.
