Why isn't dreamy bowse added anywhere?

I Keep hearing about a multiversal Bowser called dreamy bowser, but I can't find him anywhere.

He's not multiversal.

The power of dreams in the Mario verse can create alternate universes seen in the dream depot and in Subcon from super Mario bros 2, and it's stated that the power of the dream stone(His source of power) comes from all dreams but due to the canon of the Mario series it would be hard to say that he's anywhere near universal.

It's hard to calculate Dreamy_Bowser so he would be most likely scaled Unknown
