Why I ask this is because from volume 1 to around 10 Black*Star when comparing his fights with Kid has become stronger. I mean the 1st fight was a stomp in Kid's favor and in the end Naruto Black*Star Uzumaki was only able to nick Kid's hair. At least Star was able to dodge Kid's gunfire.
And at volume 10 we simply see Star dominating against Kid, meaning that there had to be progression.
And also during the series Star got ahold of the uncanny sword which is another sign of progression.
And even though it's been shown that Maka is slightly than not Naruto she still is comparable.
So maybe put in a Middle of Series tier for Soul Eater characters.
Also upgrade Stein, because in another verse a 7-C stomped an 8-B.
And the AP high to low end ratio for 8-A seems to small between Black*Star and Stein.
