Both have resistances to a fair bit of each other's arsenal, and William has the AP gap by over 2x. That High-Mid regen will be problematic though.

What does William lead with?

Well when up against a Psi Elite of his own level (Nick Scryer), he only attack with TK throwing objects, Pyrokinesis, Dimensional Travel which allows him to become invisible and Intangibile because he enters a different dimension, Energy Projection and Shockwaves.

This is due to all Psi Elite having unholy resistance to psychic abilities. Since he doesn't know what Deoxys is he'll try and figure out by reading it's mind and seeing through it's past, learning everything it's capable of. Seeing Dexoys has resistances to his Psychic abilities and it's Regenerationn. Kreiger will likely go for Things like possession, soul rip, or biological manipulation, Reality Warping Illusions given they don't only focus on the mind but also the soul.
