Nah, she's genuinely that bad. At least Joe knows the basics of boxing. All Velma does is overpower her opponents through sheer strength but with a label of "women's self defense" slapped on it. She might as well not have Martial Arts listed on her profile because her feats aren't even close to an amateur.
Yeah he can, but he'll have to sacrifice 80% of his kit and have a weaker technique. The info dump is built into the domain, so the opponent automatically knows how it works the moment he uses it.
Stealth mastery that at best lasts for a mere 5 minutes, only activates automatically at a very specific time of the day, and isn't even full proof. You can't just walk behind zombies and stab them in the back even when it's fully upgraded, for example. I don't think you can find anything worse lol.
It's not on the Toon Physiology page and isn't an application mentioned on the Toon Force page.

If they move their hands too far from their body they'll temporarily become a reality warping corpse before they purposefully kill themselves within a minute of transforming. After dying, the surrounding area will be blown up.
it'd technically (VERY TECHNICALLY) be somewhat useful but they literally cannot trigger it themselves and the one slightly useful part about it only happens AFTER THEY DIE ANYWAYS. aura farming but thats about it

For full clarity, the Sleep Ring puts the user to sleep. In order for another person to fall asleep, Haruto would have to give the ring to that individual and then they would have to put that ring on a finger, then put the hand with the ring on it basically on top of the Wizardriver, like a barcode scan. With that in mind, this ring should also work for drivers such as the White Wizard Driver, Mage's Belt, Sorcerer's Belt and probably Beast Driver, so Haruto doesn't necessarily need to let another person get close to his belt (which is always on his waist).
If he was to try and just scan the sleep ring on his hand, only he would fall asleep.

Okay, I actually took the time to look at the scans and... they don't actually knock her out. She just freezes in place for a brief moment. It can be exploited in combat, yeah, but the profile kind of exaggerates how bad it is. I mean, there's no way she has a small chance of getting instantly incapacitated whenever she touches someone.

Having something that one-shot KOs almost anything in canon and probably kills most things outside of it is probably still good even if it's inaccurate. Smeargle in particular also just gets ways to guarantee a hit anyways.

Seems good - and honestly collegiate wrestling would probably not be particularly impressive to begin with. The technology in Bon is described a facial recognition software thats connected to a database to recognize specific people. Its not that he recognizes faces, its that he basically gets a scoop of info from looking at people.
It is IA, it just has a tendency to mistake people as others which makes the entire ability useless.

I’d also like to note the technology was basically just for making Bon act differently toward special customers before it was possessed, so not only does it not work properly it isn’t even remotely useful to any degree in combat even if it did function correctly

The Roaring Knight from Deltarune (no profile but will get one soon) also passively generates afterimages around itself (even when barely moving) at almost all times with absolutely no actual effect whatsoever.
The Forgotten Man from Deltarune doesn't have a profile at all and won't get one anytime soon, but he passively makes people forget him apparently to the point where he sometimes even forgets himself.

Mind, Mr. Burns is superhumanly frail to varying degrees. One time, he tried to crush an ant below his shoe, & the ant resisted, lifted & toppled him. Another time, he lifted a wooden baseball bat intent to hit someone's head with it, but exhausted himself & fell to the ground in the scope of seconds trying to raise the bat.
His profile also notes an outlier where he defeated the Loch Ness Monster.
....I thought there was a Mr. Burns Respect Thread from years back, but infuriatingly, I cannot find it, despite great effort.
So I'll just say I'm confident he's fired a gun at least once, though I'm not sure if it's affected him in accordance with his super-weakness. FWIW, his weakness may be tied to his ancient age; How old he is varies, much like his weakness. Sometimes he's old enough to have fought in wars, other times he's centuries or even thousands of years old.

There are explicitly characters who have weapon mastery and martial arts who shouldn't. Characters who have martial arts for throwing a generic punch and weapon mastery for swinging a weapon once or even just for holding one, like Petyr Baelish from Game or Thrones.
