Would these statements be enough for these abilities?

So I'm thinking of granting the MC based on these statements the following abilities. P.S the statements are linked to the abilities I listed.

1. Information Manipulation (Type 1) and Possibly Concept Alteration (Type 1)
2. Some level of Creation (I don't know how i would classify this type of creation) or possibly limited Subjective Reality? Extra feat
3. Genius Intelligence (At least Extraordinary Genius possibly Super Genius)
4. Reality Warping is also possible because of these statements but I'm not sure.
5. Magic of course

I'm sure I'm missing some abilities but these are the main ones i could think of. But back to my question would the statements I provided be enough to suggest these abilities?

It is type 2 info hax.
