If one say they can observed an alternate possibility about one certain character, they said this character having their own causal history; such as who was them or what they became (past), what are they doing until this one particular event (present), and no one would have been able to guarantee whether they would choose this or that (future),

would that be enough to beconsidered an entire alternate timeline/universe? Since the Space-Time Continuum is basically past, present and future.
