I think she can get Superhuman rating for AP in her Priestess key since she was cooperable to other Septimont and can fight TDs. But speed needs a calculation.i think this one is good to go

Also, another interesting thing is that Wuthering Waves also seems to use infinite and countless interchangeably like some other verses. Such as in the dialogue with Ebony Gatekeeper when he mentioned countless possibilities of dream, while in Chinese and Japanese, it was "infinite" (無限/无限)

Unlikely, the wiki is too strict with black hole feats. I don't know about anyone else but I sure don't wanna deal with the hassle of arguing for that.

What happened was that the Necrostar swallowed the Shorekeeper, and then he cut it in half using Havoc form to enter the Necrostar. The scientists also mention that the Shorekeeper was in a state of ‘indefinite falling’ or something along those lines before this.
Well, at least to me, the Necrostar looks pretty much identical to a black hole. But honestly, I don’t really feel like racking my brain trying to argue that point

Phoebe should be comparable to Zani. I think
Canterella I guess as a family head should be comparable to Carlotta? Not to mention she was a farmer sentinel resonator

Mid tier's are like Zani, we don't have a feat for mid or low tiers at the moment. We'll see if we can work on that, for now I'd say hold off on Cantarella's profile until we have something to confidently scale her AP to. We don't want to make low quality profiles, or just leave her AP as unknown for the time being. The focus should be pertaining to actual scalable characters who can either scale to Jiyan's feat or scale above it for whatever reasons, after we get those characters out the way we can focus on characters like Cantarella, Phoebe, Zani, etc.

So... Let’s keep the cosmology at 2-B to 2-A, with Jue placed at 2-C to 2-B and Tethys at 2-B to 2-A??
While I fully understand Jue’s placement, I’m still unsure about Tethys — is it specifically because it can “store” timelines?

Well it is a cosmology blog first and foremost, meaning it isn't strictly meant to scale to any characters so much as detail and outline how large or rather, what tier the cosmology is. Jue aside, Tethys is a little bit of an odd ball, it's basically Walmart Gestalt from PGR and unless some very specific feats about it are cleared up in later chapters at the moment the 2A tier will only be in reference to it's data space rather than it's literal tier as it is just a piece of technology with no quantifiable level of strength for the time being. So it's tier will be something like;
- Unknown, 2-A within it's data space
- 296
- 160
