I dont think VsBattle wiki would consider it that way since this is just a collaboration between two different IP and Company unlike Hoyoverse who own both Honkai and Genshin.
But I think the information we get from the collab should still be cannon. I haven't play the event nor I watch Edgerunner, but the scene on the moon effectively confirms that celestial body within Sonoro Sphere are very much real and not projection -> which should upscale Changli for burning a Sonoro Sphere, Cristoforo who made at least three different Sonoro Sphere of Septimont complete with sun, moon, other celestial body, etc.

don't worry its just a certain pyrocynical quip where most of this game reviews are in the protagonists mind view of the events i.e total chaos or cry of fear
