I personally think Jenny would win, due to being MUCH MUCH faster than Goku and having a similar although slightly better DC and durability. I'd like other people's opinions though.

Well, they seem rather equal (High 4-B isn't a classification on this wiki, and it certainly isn't fit for the hundred Foe range if it does exist). Also Goku is billions of times FTL, according to a calculation used by the OBD, so Goku should take this.
