Does Doctor Strange has the Time Stone?

If he does then it's a stomp but even without it Strange has more wincons then Yami like cutting him in half with portals,transmutation... and he also has the range advantage

I don't know much about transmutation so I'll have to look at the profile and source material and think about the ramifications. But as far as the portals go, Yami can negate them via Dark-Cloaked Dimensional Slash, since this is specifically the defining feature of this spell and precisely what it was created for: it cuts through spatial dimensions, negating durability to a significant extent and negating portal-like spatial manipulation. When Yami fought alongside Jack the Ripper and Finral against elf-possessed Langris during the elves' invasion arc, Yami was shown cutting the portals in half with this spell, and thereby nullifying the spell. This spell is in character, and furthermore, he usually starts out the battle by launching this spell.

It is true that 7-B Yami is from before the elves' invasion arc, but Yami actually had Dimensional Slash as an available spell as early as the Underwater Temple arc, so this is irrelevant. Besides, only the AP was restricted, not the keys.
