Honestly, Ynnead, most likely. With the combination of his existence not requiring any sort of conceptual mirror to sustain it (unlike most of the other gods) and the ability to supposedly perma-kill other abstract entities of his level, he may end up being one of the most deadly 1-C/Low 1-Bs we have around.
