Welcome back to part 2 of fixing undeserved abilities, it should be equally long as the last one.
Can someone explain to me how someone making someone else lose their eyes and nose, is perception manipulation?

If character A stabs character B in the eye making them blind, is that also perception manipulation?

Again we got another case of an undeserved ability, or a redundant ability that every fictional character has, since All characters can destroy/damage or cut off someone's nose and eyes.

Agree - @SweetDao, @SamanPatou, @ActuallySpaceMan42, @Rutæhh,
Disagree -
Neutral -

But wouldn’t the fact that even if the eyes are regenerated they still see nothing wouldn’t that qualify since he kills the concept of the eyes?

Looks good.
Yeah, I agree.
No, it's actually wrong this time. It seems everyone has gotten too high from all the Yogiri downgrades and removals that they've stopped scrutinizing.

The OP likens this to stabbing one in any of these organs however it is anything but that. Yogiri is basically a average/below average human. He used his power here to kill their senses and no physical damage was dealt. Even if you were to regenerate the killed body parts, they still won't function. It's some kind of conceptual manipulation for killing the functions of one's senses but it's still perception manipulation in the same vein.

An ability doesn't always require direct manipulation, it can also be acquired based on creation or destruction what Yogiri did here is the latter.
