Worms should have Large Size and Possibly size manipulation as they get noticeably bigger
When they evolve

Worm Queen is shown Holding a Worm Dimkles, Worm Prince being shown to be much larger than worm Apocalypse, Worm King in his artwork is holding a worm apocalypse in its hand, worm zero eclipsing a city-I would show this but this website is really trash when it comes to linking images

also the worms are later resurrected by the ILswarm as Evilswarm Azaroth and thus should have a key for that

Could you link some sites with the relevant pictures? The Worm Monsters can simply be found on the Yugioh Wiki and whatever images there are that showcase their size should be somewhere. We'd also have to determine which Type of Large Size they have.

the worms also are known to taint the land and turn it into dead earth

also some worms might have acid manipulation as Worm Millidith’s mouth drips a substance that seemingly causes the lunar ground to disolve

If we can presume a Worm Apocalypse to be around the size of a normal human, then Worm King would probably be Large Size Type 1 and Worm Prince would be Type 0. Worm Dimikles is a bit more difficult but I guess if we presume it to be larger than the likes of dogs, cats and pigs, then Worm Queen would be at least Type 0. Worm Zero is a considerable distance up above in the picture and appears to be larger than the skyscrapers in the picture, so I'd estimate it to be at least Type 2.

Craters and ridges can give some context and indications though it's hard to derive any concrete sizes from them if we don't know their size.
