Well, Zero in the Megaman Zero via Powerscaling is way more powerful then the General back in X4 who's body is durable enough to block a laser that was meant to destroy earth. and Zero or X can mass General up.

And Lumine is implied to be a planet buster which that claim can be true if you take the general to be truthful. And might destroyed a star in the backgound when you face her.

Well, Frieza is a character who could kill other Planet busters for sport, even in his first form. So really I'm not sure how far Zero would get in Namek.

Maybe he'll lose to Freeza, But do you think Zero can beat Ginyu Force? Or no?

It's possible. But again, the ginyu force was way above even post zenkai vegeta who one shotted people capable of one shotting him earlier who was already Planet level. I am unsure.

And via that, Zero from Megaman Zero should be more powerful and faster then Duo (Who's FTL) and Himself back on X5 (Since he beaten his real self back on Zero 3).

Zero has the good deal to even take on freeza in his final form.

He could have more than enough speed, but he really needs the firepower to beat even first form Frieza.

If you are using his MMZ body then he clears even the Buu saga since he's 20000c and star level+ with hax such as time freeze, fire hotter than the core of the earth, absolute zero ice, reflective barriers, auto-resurrection, intangibility, teleportation, etc not to mention that he has resistance to reality warping, mindscrew, soul fuckery, etc and has in the range of centuries of experience under his belt. Just my 2 cents
