This is both at their strongest (So Z!Zero VS Safer Sephiroth) and Speed is NOT Equalized.

Not really, they were on par in many ways hax wise. I'd argue MMZ had superior hax due to cyber elf mind hax being way above the maverick virus.


Not to mention MMZ Zero is a fuckton stronger than MMX
