Zim vs Destoroyah (Godzilla)

Since so many say that Destoroyah can possibly be able to destroy a planet,or better saying,an entire fauna of a planet (since he camed from an gadget called the Oxygen Destroyer) and since in this wiki informs that Zim with preparation and ALL his equipment can destroy a planet,i have to do this,at first seems its kind of not fair,but trust me,its fair. I was debating myself if i would make this battle or not.
