I wanted to ask your opinion because it is rather short and I have mixed feelings about the presentation, I don't know what to add, because in fact the feat is very simple and I don't know if I'm doing it too simply or if I'm making it too complicated for something unimportant.

Given the memetic context is Lloyd just using a spray bottle, I think it's more so along the lines of (he can flood the entire planet and terraform it, destroying the whole of humanity in the process. You'll need to calculate where that scales, though.
