I think I've gotta give this to Might Guy. He's a master taijutsu specialist, and while All Might is also a very experienced combatant, I don't think his skills can really match Guy's. Not only that, but Guy also has the AP advantage and the ability to generate rapid punches which ignite his hands through force of friction. I'm not sure if it's exactly a stomp, but I think that All Might doesn't stand much of a chance here.

It feels kind of weird that this battle is being made again, since the earlier version of this battle had to be removed due to the tier changes in both of the series, but now the tiers have managed to line up again. Though I guess in this case the battle's slightly different, since this is Prime All Might and Sixth Gates Guy instead of the Hideout Raid Arc All Might and Base Guy. Guess this is to be expected.

I don't see any abilities on Guy that allow him to stomp, and All Might has a lifting strength advantage so if he gets Guy in a hold he can't break out of it. Guy can use the seventh gate to increase his power/speed, but I don't see anything on his profile that implies a blitz level increase nor does it increase his LS enough to break out.

In a straight fight, Guy take this easily. But I'm unsure what is more likely between Guy defeating All Might or All Might getting a hold on Guy. AM can increase his power, enough to destroy the head of someone... possibly comparable to him. I say possibly since we don't really know how Prime AFO handled All Might's attacks.

I'm not voting yet, but I'm leaning towards Guy right now via higher skill and AP.

Edit: Is the gate boost blitz worthy? Actually might be wrong and he can blitz with that.

It is, the gates in naruto canon are directly stated to boost their physical capabilities then if they were without the gates, the body is normally able to only use 20% of it's full capabilities, it would boost Guy's speed exponentially

Cause it only made fodder no name villains scared? And ain't it getting revised to social influencing, The assassinators knew AM was top 1 that's why they were scared, not because of some supernatural aura all might has. Also the fear manipulation page states that bravery and will can overcome a basic fear manipulation, and might guy has like the strongest will in his verse. He was willing to 1v1 Juubi madara despite seeing how strong a ten tails jinchuriki is, AM's fear manipulation isn't flinching guy

Not having Supernatural willpower =/= Not having a strong will at all. Supernatural willpower is the shit that lets you will impossible things such as breaking through your limits. Not having it doesn't mean you have a weak will and the fear inducement page doesn't say you have to have supernatural willpower to overcome fear manip, you just need bravery which isn't a power we list.
