So... What is the distance? In character, Regulus' first moves are karen-like ranting and dishing out ranged attacks by breathing or swinging his arms that have immense durability-ignoring power. Also, it doesn't help that Regulus is 8-B in everything, so only Gappy's bubbles (and very unlikely due to its extremely short practical range) and Go Beyond... Also, Regulus could potentially A-Train the f-out of Gappy by just running into him via speed and the massive AP advantage.

An ability that Josuke has called Going Beyond... which is basically an invisible bubble that is really slow, can't be controlled, can't be aimed, and the only way Josuke can negate these disadvantages is by getting very close - like super up-close, from my understanding. Josuke's other abilities can't bypass Regulus temporal lock invulnerability, from my understanding. Can't punch barrage him either as Regulus lol-8-Bness nosells that hard. Granted, Josuke has higher reactions and speeds, so maybe he can get very close to Regulus that way, and Regulus CIS doesn't help, but... Regulus literally just needs to exhale air to attack and Josuke, probably, has only one method to harm Regulus..

Upon being informed and double-checking stuff, I wouldn't call it really slow, with a caveat. It's fast, but only when being controlled, which he can only do within a few feet of himself otherwise it is slow af

So while most of this is true, and it is in fact, pretty ******* slow normally, in the situation he is, in fact, up close, he can kinda aim it and have it behave kinda like his prior Explosive Spin bubbles and fire it at high speed, at least, fast enough to be somewhat comparable to his fisticuffs.

But that's basically it, it's a combat applicable attack but only in like CQC distance, otherwise it just kinda floats and moves around like a normal bubble.
