(I assumed both as base 1A.) Pennywise's profile has not been updated for a very long time. I have no idea what Pennywise's High Godly Regeneration , Transduality is based on. So I think Lucifer win with Aca 5, Cm 1, Deconstruction, Abstract Existence 1, Powernull,Sealing wincon.

For example:
Cause >Pennywise has Madness Type 3.
Result > Lucifer goes crazy.
Lucifer is outside of Causation so it hasn't effect.
(This will not work if Pennywise has Transduality Type 2,3.)

I can't comment as Pennywise's profile is old. But I don't think Omnipresent will help. Lucifer has the Outversal range.

Lucifer, as he is right now, is several layers above Pennywise in 1-A(Pennywise is only one layer into 1-A), so yeah he obliterates

For instance he could be Possibly 1000 layers into 1-A.
