Death Battle's scaling when it comes to DC is VASTLY different from VBW's scaling. Most heralds worth a damn in DB are these Outerversal, Immesurable speed characters that only other Heralds can match. And considering that Death Battle will scale Superman to the higher ends of the spectrum, on top of having the cosmology of DC as way higher then DBH, then it's going to be a shit stomp.
In Death Battle's eyes? Outerversal, Immeasurable Speed, and a shit ton of abilities and hax on Supes' side that will really tip the scales in Clark's favor

^This, essentially when Death Battle does research just unlearn (most of) the scaling of VSBW since it's a completely different ball game with Death Battle scaling.
Tl;dr: Pretty much all the high tier Marvel/DC heralds will likely be 1-A with immeasurable speed by default under Death Battle standards.
Anyway I won't discuss this subject here. If possible try to ignore that MU and focus on updating profiles here while waiting for Daima to come out.

Even in Xenoverse/Heroes the most you can really argue for is multiversal+, with maybe 1 dimension on top of that with some levity(and it honestly takes waaaay more steps to get to that point than DC). DC’s multiverse is much larger in comparison and frankly Zoom would still be stronger if you decide to take dimensional tiering seriously, because of the bleed. Not to mention Zoom has far more “incalculable” speed feats than you can possibly argue for heroes(which has maybe one or two feats, which are contested).

Chapter 99 shows the one-armed Cell Max be injured multiple times by Orange Piccolo (who didn't take a senzu) with Piccolo even losing an arm himself. And we see things like Gamma 1's blast blow off one of Max's wings and him even shielding Piccolo from a killing blast or Krillin weakening a wing with his Destructo Disc so 18 can smash it off. Gotenks also takes a direct blow from Cell Max and lives (again).
Given all of the above plus Piccolo telling Gohan to charge his Ki until his power surpasses Max's along with Gohan saying he's 'nearly there' I think it's fair to assume Cell Max did get heavily weakened from Gamma 2's attack, to the extent Gamma 1 can blow up a wing and block an energy blast intended to kill a weakened Orange Piccolo.
So...could Gohan Beast actually beat Cell Max without Gamma 2 weakening him so much that even Ultimate Gohan could surpass his power with a bit of time and when Gamma 1 can take his strongest attacks? Not so sure now.

Or maybe Ultimate Gohan just got massively stronger ? The fact that Orange Piccolo thought Gohan would stand a better chance at killing Cell max than himself proves that Gohan after eating the senzu surpassed Orange Piccolo, also the wings doesn't have any durability feats from what I remember

The manga stated Goku and Vegeta hit the limit of Zenkai long ago and it has never been stated or hinted that Gohan still has it. That also doesn't make sense with things like Gamma 1 tanking Cell Max's blast to save Orange Piccolo or Gamma 1 just blowing up one of his wings.

Yeah dc doesnt have any infinite-D mentions (or at least the ones I have seen are out of context) and mr.mxy is very explicit when he describes that the whole dc multiverse is composed of 4 dimensions.
