Because they are from the same creator? The angel carries a staff and because it has similarities, besides the planet being in a Universe that looks like Dragon Ball, Why did also mention celestial realm like Dragon Ball? And besides, was it Akira himself who created the angel?

They being for the same creator don't mean they are canon to each other, unless you have proof of that being the case, just because they are from the same author, don't mean the terminology are the same.

Like, Dr Slump is a special case, since Dragon Ball actually have a crossover with, but as far i am aware, that's not case for Sandland.

This guy on the front? Well, they do look similar to angels, sure. But this guy have angel wings and different skin color, so they obsviouly not the same thing.
But even so, they having similarities don't mean they are the related and come from the same place. Unless you have proof

Trying to get Super perfect cell from 47x above baseline to below baseline because of a Kamehameha is imho, on the level of ridiculousness that was the 5C tien saga

And I have my own thoughts on the assumption of calc we use currently for that feat which can be summed up by this:

Cell: BWA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!!! Now I have the power to destroy the entire solar system!

Proceeds to only destroy everything from the Sun to the Earth without touching Neptune, the Kuiper Belt, or the Ort Cloud

Dragon ball is very notorious for introducing characters and realms and then acting like they don't exist

Maybe? The first and only time we ever heard of Zalama was when Zuno told Bulma and Jaco about the history of the Super Dragon Balls during the Universe 6 arc, no other mentions since that point in time. Now mind you, I don't deny the possibility that Toriyama might've had something planned before he passed away...but Toriyama was someone who would introduce a very interesting concept and not really explore much of it after the fact.

If Zalama were to become a thing in Dragon Ball, I would honestly see it happening in non canon media like Heroes or the games before he shows up in canon.

yeah ngl just seems like a desperate attempt to fish downgrades by denying basic UES mechanics.
