Sare's page mentions that "In order to master the learnt techniques, he naturally requires rigorous training to improve body functions."

So yeah, I don't think he'd be able to do that mid-fight

Still skill stomp (even though I consider Hakurou much skilled to Sare) also there is no significant AP gap between Sare and Halibel, but there is a massive gap between them and Hakurou. So definitely not.

Halibel is a shinobi who uses a lot of different ninja tools, which do include kunai. He also uses barehand techniques. His official design shows a sword on his waist, but he is actually never described as carrying one.

In his final clash against the swordsman Eugard Vollachia, Halibel used the Fiend Sword while Eugard brandished the Yang Sword, leaving it up to a match of swordsmanship. Despite being a shinobi, Halibel's sword-flash outstripped even the finest slash of Eugard's life, because Halibel is a monster.

Welp, Then I have some good news at least, I am planning on fully reworking the profiles. The start is making sure they are accurate, and up to date.
