I don't have much of a strong opinion on Daima, to be honest. There's elements of it that I like and elements that I didn't like, but overall I wouldn't say that I was a big fan of Daima.
Still, I can see the perspective of those who did enjoy Daima for what it was and I don't want to take that away from them.

It's one thing to not like Heroes, I can completely understand that. But to say that there's nothing worse than Heroes when there's plenty of anime with genuine disgusting, disturbing, and or horrific elements to it is just completely bullshit.

Makes sense, though the way you worded it made it sound like you were talking about anime as a whole and not just Dragon Ball.
Still it's cool, but I'd recommend being careful with how you word your comments to prevent mistakes like that from being made.

The things I'd give GT over Daima is the ending (It's legit the best ending in the series canon or otherwise, ignoring the lame ass Goku Jr shit I just pretend that's like a special episode or whatever instead of the true ending), I think the design for SS4 is better and like two thirds of the Baby Saga are written a bit better than some of Daimas best writing.
For Super... I can't think of anything. I could use the movies but that kinda feels like cheating and I wanna try and think of something I'd give the DBS anime over Daima.

Sure.In Diama the final battle was ass, not even animation can carry
I mean, after rewatching the whole fight does feel very weird.
The whole fight is pointless, because is against a a character that can regenerate so the entire episodes that takes place that are they just puching Gomah is stupid. Is later revealead that the third eye have a weakness, which probally should been known for the very start, because make the entire fight before be a waste.
And everyone already knows how the fight ended. With a joke. Which in my opinion, could been have more meat. As It stands, the joke looks unintentionally stupid.
Like, Majin Kuu goes convenitelly behind Gomah Head, and start mashing his Head with a book. But is drawn way too smooth to sell the joke, It looks weird.

You know what? I'm going to say something controversial, something very controversial: Dragon Ball Super's writing, especially involving the slice of life scenes, is genuinely solid and I think that it's better than Daima's writing.

The last episode was by far the worst, it was pretty much "we gave you SSJ4, now fu** off".
Actually the episode where Goku was jobing against random soldiers who can't even fly for a whole episode might be the worst

Thematically, Daima is pretty strong. It just has some pacing and continuity issues.
Are those issues enough to make it bad? No, that's silly imo. Most of the criticism I hear for the story that isn't about those two things are people just throwing random sht at a wall and saying it's bad without really explaining how or why, which is pretty standard for DB fans lol.
But the show took its time when it shouldn't have, and obviously left some glaring holes with continuity, (plus Arinsu was a let down), but otherwise Daima is pretty solid after a rewatch.

They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder but using taste works too I suppose.
I still believe Daima is pretty much a Dragon Quest/Warrior story but with Dragon Ball characters (that hasn't changed for me). Still, I don't know if I even liked or dislike it tbh, maybe rewatching from the beginning (dubbed this time) will solidify my opinions.

There are always twists and turns, so i wouldn't claim victory before total defeat.

It's bad not just because of the pacing but because the story is horribly written, the characters are dull, completely useless, and contribute nothing to the plot. Every episode is a snoozefest where almost nothing happens outside of the Tamagami episodes. Daima does little more than throw random, unnecessary lore that nobody asked for. The final battle was just as boring, it was literally just Goku endlessly punching Gomah, who refuses to go down thanks to infinite stamina. The main villain is a complete joke (basically Jiren with a clown head), and to top it off, they even ruined SSJ4.
