except that he said that he travels at the maximum speed of the universe, which means, is not a infinite speed, it is a finite speed and there is a limit into how fast a character can go (unless we want to argue that Whis is lying, or people are faster than him, or authors forgot about this...)

Alex, Whis having a maximum amount of speed doesn't prove your point whatsoever. Because if Whis can traverse an infinite amount of distance in a short amount of time, regardless of how long it takes, would net him infinite speed.
