Holden's standard equipment involves a gun. I'm guessing the thread restricts that.

Given Holden has clearly superhuman speed and can move notable distances within the time it takes for someone to blink, I think Holden just runs up to CH and crushes their skull. CH has the reactions to deal with Holden running at them, but Holden has heavily implied teleportation. Plus, iirc Holden is much larger and thus his arm span is longer. CH on the other hand seems to be lower on the street level side in general.

CH's reaction and perception speed is better, so they just react. Also, how is Holden larger? Most bodybuilders are equal or larger than him, you also got the tallest humans at there. CH horribly outskills Holden

I'm not totally sure if skill would be too large of a factor given Holden can effectively pseudo-teleport or move incredibly fast. Though that isn't really listed as a speed feat on his profile (I'm talking about the likely Teleportation scan). So I feel like Holden does whatever he did there to get close to CH, and breaks his body from a close range. CH has good reactions, but Holden is just easily considerably stronger physically. If Holden closes the gap he just grapples and then wins off of that.

CH has faster reactions and perceptions....

Both are even in AP, Holden only takes LS but CH skill and reactions prevent him from ever hitting him
