Both will be given ALL EQUIPMENT (EXCEPT STEVE DOESN'T GET A BED)
The match will take place in Tilted Towers with 20 meters starting distance
Speed Equalized, SBA Applies

Notes:
Steve has a heavy LS advantage
Steve technically has the Range advantage
Steve has the AP advantage at max

Both have equal Stamina
Both have equal IQ

The Looper has the AP advantage physically

The Looper is very, very outdated.. But ignoring that...

Steve with full enchanted Netherite no-sells almost all of Looper's standard arsenal. He has ender pearls that instantly close the distance, totems of undying for multiple resurrections if he somehow dies, enchanted golden apples which are crazy for healing, elytra and rockets allow flight, and end crystals do enough damage to one-shot the Looper lol.

This ain't fair whatsoever. Looper doesn't even have 8-B durability. And all the structures they build are gonna get obliterated by end crystals or TNT (Which could also easily one-shot)
