Firstly, even after copying Vegeta, Piccolo, a mortal, could sense Moro's Ki. He did not become a god.

Secondly, Moro has hair. When he acquired Merus's Ultra Instinct technique, thus entering the Ultra Instinct state, his hair became white—like Goku's hair whenever he accesses the full Ultra Instinct state; evidently, being in the full Ultra Instinct state makes the hair white. When he copied Vegeta, however, his hair did not change.

Moro previously absorbed the energies of Goku and Vegeta in their Super Saiyan God (SS) forms, and both Gohan and Piccolo have sensed his Ki before. Simply absorbing their life energy does not grant Moro godly abilities, or the aura of a god, or even their God Ki.

Could be that, like with Merus, he deduced Ultra Instinct -Sign- was of divine nature because he could not sense Goku's Ki after he transformed.

I'd also like to bring up the fact that Vegeta bluffed about not having any transformation beyond God, and Moro believed him, which doesn't make any sense if he could sense God Ki because he'd 100% be able to sense he's concealing his true strength and wouldn't be surprised that he was concealing his true strength.
 
I don't think the conditional part is needed. Just put Statistics Reduction and add at the explanation part that whoever fights inside its body has their powers reduced to (less than) 1/100th.

All abilities have inherent conditions and limitations, that's why we add the explanation alongside the ability

It’s very conditional? The ability is useless if no one is in the same predicament as Goku and Vegeta. And no not all abilities are conditional

Yeah, but lot of them are. For example, in DB, all Saiyan's Oozaru transformations are very conditional (conditional on the planet they are in, on the state of the Moon… specially those without the ability to create an artificial Moon like Goku or Gohan), Mafuba itself is very conditional as for sealing you need to have a container and a seal (which, btw, iirc Goku does not have even as optional equipment, rendering the ability useless), Piccolo's fusionism is conditional, as it only works with other Namekians, Fusion Dance is conditional, as it requires people to have similar height iirc to work, etc. Doesn't mean they have to have a "conditional" in front of them

I just find it completely unnecessary, and tbh I haven't seen it in any other profile since, to explain the exent and the applications of an ability, you just put an explanation.

Same anime that had Krillin lock in all of a sudden and start beating up Garlic Jr, Toei is just weird with power progression
 
This was something I noticed on the pages, but does DBZ/DBS Ki Manipulation not possess Reality Warping? Considering that we've seen characters break apart reality, construct matter on a mass scale and manipulate time and space with their sheer power (plus there's Hakai and the Toppo warping the WoV feat, as well as numerous abilities the Angels have), I thought that would probably be a given unless there's some extra guidelines for applying something like that to a power system.

i mean... they still said Super Buu go weaker... yet they still say they can't beat him, but they took on Gohan who was > Buu... nothing here makes sense

Everyone above Gotenks and Super Buu should have space time manipulation for blasting apart space time barriers by screaming.
