I'm not that knowledgeable on the Goatman, but after a quick read on him, I think the hippo wins this. Both are pretty close in stats, but the hippo's weapons, aggressivity, size and the environment itself help it. The AP justification of the Goatman doesn't really tell a lot (bear-like attacks could even be 9-C), so I think the hippo has better feats too. Another thing is that the Goatman is most likely unprepared for something like the hippopotamus, as even bears aren't as vicious and aggressive as them. The final point is that the animal, near the lake, could also drag the Goatman into the waters, where it would be basically defenseless. Overall, I think the real life animal wins this.

yeah the hippo's skin is too thick, and I don't see goatman having piercing weapons here so he'll just get scooped & chomped by that hippo.

Goatman is smarter tho. I think it could lure the hippo farther away from the lake and maybe take advantage of an area it's more familiar with instead of the other way around.

Maybe it could lure the hippo, but I think that, more times than not, the hippo could simply grab the Goatman and force it into the waters. Also, while it does have piercing weapons, and they can pierce through the hippo's skin, I think it's thick enough to help at the very least.

Also AFAIK a lot of animals were at Wall level tiers, like tigers, lions, even wolves maybe and then they got downgraded, so Goatman's profile might be outdated and upscale from the bear who was 9B at the time without KE
