Deku

AP/Dura: Way stronger than 2.54 exatons, can amp to 12.71 exatons with Fa Jin, but can go even further when going for a kill to the point he obliterates his own base dura without a trace remaining.

Speed: Blitzes 62% SoL, Can blitz his own speed with Fa Jin, completely statues his own speed with Gearshift Second Gear, with two extra levels he can access to amp further, and can combine Fa Jin and Gearshift for an even higher level blitz.

LS: Stomps unless we’re using Class Z

Notable Advantages: Precog, Analytical Prediction, way smarter fighter, might use Social Influencing since in character to end fighting, Soul Destruction if pressured into a corner.

Superman

AP/Dura: Way stronger than when he one shot 8.14 exatons

Speed: Blitzes 23% SoL, SoL Heat Vision

LS: Gets stomped unless we’re using Class Z.

Notable Advantages: Heat Vision will one shot, has Accelerated Development to an unknown degree, Regeneration

===

Deku cannot hurt him normally due to Supes scaling way above one shotting 8 exatons. Even with a typical 5x Fa Jin.

Conversely, Supes is over 3x slower than 45% Deku who gets blitzed by 100%. Deku is also way smarter combat wise + precog + analytical prediction so Supes is never landing a hit in order to use his one shot potential.

Supes win con is hitting a critical Heat Vision since it’s his fastest attack or a single punch since he can one shot Deku with a dead on hit. This is absurdly difficult if not impossible without Deku tiring himself out.

Deku’s win con is Fa Jin boosting himself beyond the 5x multiplier and using soul destruction. Given he is in nearly no danger for a large portion of the fight, this will take a very long time for him to want to do.

So either they battle for days straight into a Deku Social Influencing stalemate or he eventually goes all out several times on a single part of Superman’s body with hyper charged Fa Jin + Gearshift to create a singular cut and soul destroy him.

This fight stays more interesting if Supes has the Class Z since then it's not an immediate L when Blackwhip comes out.

What's stopping Deku from speedblitzing here? One touch with gearshift is enough to freeze Superman in place, and for the next 5 minutes he can just go wild on him until he makes a wound. At that point it's soul destruction GG

Both look comparable in AP when at their best, but since they're in character, Deku would just be stuck at 12.71 exatons, while Superman would immensely upscale from one-shotting 8 exatons, giving him a very serious AP/Dura advantage

That said, Deku more than makes up for it by blitzing Superman many times over with Quirk amps

I think when looking at wincons here, Deku can maneuver around Superman's line of sight to prevent heat vision from hitting. I'd also assume that both parties see this as a friendly tussle or something like that, so it's entirely possible that Clark might not even go for heat vision

We have no idea how potent Clark's AD really is, but to give supes some credit, his AP is so much higher than dekus if he drags on the fight long enough using the minor healing from his kryptonian physiology, it's possible for him to win. The issue is that this is a big IF. Gearshift allows Deku to turn Superman into a statue, then just get to work on him, which makes heat vision impossible and allows Deku to do way more damage than Superman can ever hope to heal. His AD also wouldn't be fast enough to cover for all of this, since we have no idea what it can fully do. At the end of the day, I see Deku beating Superman into submission long before Superman's AD becomes a real issue.

You can become a hero. "You too can beat the street tier allegations." FRA

Supes also statues his value.

Supes' AD also works for his speed, he is always getting faster in the novel, he went from not being able to touch flash to easily avoding him, while this may seem unimpressive flash can take sharp turns when going ftl and he simply couldn't do anything against Supermans move.
Supes win con is hitting a critical Heat Vision since it’s his fastest attack or a single punch since he can one shot Deku with a dead on hit. This is absurdly difficult if not impossible without Deku tiring himself out.
How high is Deku's stamina cause as long as there is sunlight supes is not losing any of his strenght and getting amped on top off that.

I honestly don't belive Deku is going to even scratch Superman based on how high he scales above his value, let me elaburate.

Superman was already weakened when performing his WE feat and we can somewhat quantify this nerf as prior in the movie when he was exposed to the same effects he immeadietly started coughing blood, fainted and became "as weak as a human". So when Superman one shotted 8.14 exatons World Engine he was basically "human level" by his standarts.

This also shows how much insane Supermans AD is since he went from getting overpowered and slammed to the ground by WE's beam to one shotting the machine, that was no selling said beam, in like 1:30(?) minutes, without getting any exposure to sunlight.

His scaling doesnt stop there as he become even stronger in bvs per statements and based on scaling to Doomsday who is above Zod, who was relative to mos supes at his peak.

He becomes even stronger in jl as he is now overpowering cyborg, aquaman and ww at the same time (all characters that are somewhat comparable to bvs supes). Then he goes on to wear the black suit which is confirmed to be absorbing sunlight faster making him stronger and he absolutely stomps Steppenwolf even being able to destroy his armor with his punches, that same armor was tanking ww's sword which cut doomsday like butter.

This is another example of Superman's AD being cracked as he was still getting staggered by ww's headbutt pre black suit and after farming some sunlight suit he is unfazed steppenwolf's axe.
So supes in this battle is constantly getting stronger/faster via sunlight and simply by deku hitting him or just him trying to catch deku allowing him to break his limits.

Deku at 100% vs PSC Garou and watch the fireworks.
We did this before and it was a shit show. Anyways if Izuku so much as taps Superman then Gearshift is screwing him over and if he does adapt to it before the fight ends Izuku's Analytical Prediction far outstrips any combat skill Supes has ever had to deal with before alongside Izuku's strongest attacks being noticeably stronger than Superman is.

Deku Solos with his speed amps then blitzes and dura negs with soul punch and its ggz from there

Put me up for deku

Wonder Woman can anticipate every possible attack by feeling her opponent's muscles moving and pulsating, yet she got stomped by Supes. Can you explain how Izuku's strongest attack is stronger than Supes when he is like at least 4 one shot tiers above his WE feat.

Because In-Universe one-shots don't add to stats on VSB, so Deku's 12+ Exaton Fa Jin is going to hurt a lot, especially when he explicitly can amp beyond that to completely obliterate someone entirely who only got a hole in their chest from said 12+ Exaton attack.

In universe one shots are also just generally hard to quantify since many verses have varying opinions on the amount of force it takes to one shot something
Alright if it's forbidden to use one-shot scaling in vs threads Deku may be able to harm supes with his peak attacks, but the thing is this will only be possible for a very short time. I already explained how Superman's limit testing and sunlight absorbing AD's are able to make him beyond the harm of the enemies his facing in very very short time, and in this fight he will be able to use both of them. So he is basically getting the double AD he normally gets.

it's not nessesarly forbidden you just can't use it to calc stack other characters to win

for example simply saying A can one shot X therefore he scales above Y isn't that bad but you can't use that to say A is now 100s of times stronger than that feat

So are you saying supermans AD would double his strength overtime?

Deku can go from “punching the limbs off” of someone comparable to himself with a 5x amp to “completely annihilate them without a trace left” with Fa Jin, he just didn’t want to kill Shigaraki so he didn’t actually try hard. Supes is going to take damage if Deku keeps stacking up Fa Jin. Likely won’t die from it, but all Deku needs is to make Supes bleed a single time to use soul destruction and one shot him.

His AD will make him tougher and faster but that’s just going to make Deku want to use Gearshift and enter the endgame of the fight faster. His AD can MAYBE get him past the 3x speed gap since that’s his main problem (this does not mean he will ever land a hit on Deku who has immensely better fighting feats, analytical prediction and Danger Sense, as well as having fought people that are faster than him that could one shot him with a touch before already)

But his AD is NOT saving him when Deku uses Gearshift and completely violates him at an absurd blitz level. When Deku realizes Supes is getting stronger too then he’ll probably go for Soul Destruction while he can still injure him.

Deku will notice Superman has AD within like the first minute of fighting him. If he is coming to the realization that eventually his strongest hits aren’t gonna cut it, the Vestiges are going to recommend the Soul Destruction option.

At that point Deku either tries to talk Superman down with Social Influencing or uses Soul Destruction.

And unlike Shigaraki, it should only take one Soul Punch for Supes since Shiggy only required the whole Quirk due to his hatred barrier blocking his soul.

Alright, well nonetheless my point wasnt to say supes is 100x above the WE, it was that supes he scales above that value insanely.

Yeah? I mean both of his AD types (sunlight/limit testing) individually can open/close extreme gaps between him and his opponents, and again this is happening in mere minutes.

Alright let me ask 2 things cause i haven't seen the end of mha, is it in character for deku to immedietly go all out and scratch supes to soul destroy him (cause i belive even 1 min is enough for supes to be beyond the harm of izuku's) and is deku more likely to soul destroy supes or use social influencing? If deku is straight up willing to do that then i'll concede.

And Deku can similarly scale himself much higher than 12 exatons. Likely not as high as superman is scaled but enough to deal damage.

In less than a minute Deku will realize Superman is getting stronger and will build up his real strongest attacks several times over and over and over again at speeds faster than Superman can even perceive and soul destroy him.

Deku in character punched a hole through the chest of the main villain immediately because his go to motive is ending conflict as fast as possible. If he sees his usual strong attacks not working then he’s either going to try and deduce an ability Superman has that’s reducing damage or that he’s just that strong. He is then going to try hitting him with way stronger blows with Gearshift, putting himself on a timer.

By this point he’ll notice Superman is also getting stronger and come to the conclusion to either Soul Destroy him before he wastes time and gets one shot/can’t keep up or talk to him.

This level of thinking and planning will happen in less than 2 minutes, especially since Superman is several times slower than Deku’s thought process for nearly all of that time.

This is all in character for Deku. The more In-Character option would be Social Influence and talking to Superman however. If he’s closer to death/in imminent danger of dying then the Vestiges will recommend soul destruction before the worst happens. Because it’s a 9v1 anytime you fight Deku.

is soul destruction even applicable to other verses without quirks?

and even if it is, is it something Deku can spam, since it requires him to lose a quirk every time he does it?

and even if he can, does Deku ever do this in character against anyone?
