Stats are all equalized, no Reiatsu Crush, Reid's layered fear aura or other things like that which nullifies the point of the match-up. Reid's stats are equalized to Kenpachi's base form, so Kenpachi can still amp himself via Shikai and Bankai and become vastly stronger than Reid.
