No. It's a Tatsumaki win because she won last time with the same arguments. It's the same exact match essentially. The prep time difference doesn't change anything.

Y’all need to stop spamming TK crush as a first move it’s not Blud even starts by throwing shit at people and sometimes uses her tk to crush people.
Merlin has a setup that litteraly one taps her offspawn suppressing the processing time
Most of the times Tatsu don’t even start with her win con and Merlin wins
And if y’all wanna argue that the other few times she does Merlin still wins by keeping range
Merlin would also use power amplify and amp all her stats reaction speed included

Voting for Tatsumaki as she is more likely to win with her win condition than Merlin, due her TK being a more consistent thought-based instant win con. Merlin meanwhile struggles due to her variety. Prep time and prior knowledge doesn't guarantee she actually does the best thing possible.

Idk what you even mean saying that isn't her first move. Both Tatsumaki and Fubuki always go for the TK crush when they have an opportunity to. And especially with SBA putting them in the mindset to kill. Almost every kill Tatsumaki has ever done has been through TK crush.
