Pretty sure Saitama will just eventually put him down then since he's already starting slightly stronger and has cartoonishly better combat skill via upscaling Cosmic Garou by using his shit better than he can. If this were Pre-Parallel Timeline Saitama then him starting at a massive disadvantage could make this more fair if he knew that going in so he could get at least some time to grow and catch up before getting one-shot.

Both character can get stronger and faster while still being relative to each other as 3-Cs. Juggs can rely on Cyttorak and Baldy using his AD. Juggs got better LS, better stamina and better regen.

No, it's pretty much stated numerous times that physical attacks are pratically useless against him, like here. He basically makes a constant force around him that makes him immune to most attacks. This plus the fact that he can regenerate from just his skeleton and got infinite stamina, making things even worst
