Back to add some stuff to my Baby Boy
His Duranium Body should get Heat Resistance as during his death, his insides caught on fire and exploded, but despite that, His Body remained relatively unscathed
So he should get some Resistance with Heat
it's also shown that his body was pretty much fine with getting shot by blasters in the scan
so he should get resistance to those too
he should also get resistance to cosmic radiation and poison manipulation due to him being able to survive being out in space, being stated to be able to survive
along side that he should get self sustenance (Type 1 and 2) due to being stated to not need to Drink, Eat or Breath
Also he should get Self-Magnetism Manipulation since his Talons are stated to be Magnetic
Another AP justification
In Darth Maul Son of Dathomir, he was shown to be able to crack the helmet of a Mandalorian Super Commando.
which should be comparable to other Mandalorian armor

Grievous is stated to be a Major Force in the clone wars, both in strategy and combat, can use his lightsabers to lethal effectiveness, and is stated to challenge Jedi Generals

Grievous should also scale here due he was able to clash frequently with Jedi and Jedi Masters with statements even saying that members of the Jedi Council struggle to challenge him
