Omega predates Ember, so I think it would be more likely to only be slightly above Rexy and The Lost World Rexes

Ankylosaurus would have the advantage in Durability, if I.Rex can't bite through it's armour I don't think Omega
The only problem for Ankylosaurus is that the Redwoods would make it a bit challenging to get a good hit off with its tail
But I still vote Ankylosaurus as it could get a good hit off on Omega's head

Biggest issue for the rex is getting past the anky's armor. Meanwhile, one good tail club to the leg will leave the rex severely impaired. It'd generally be easier for the anky to get a fatal hit on on the rex than vice versa.
