I’m going with Dilo, so long as it gets its venom out on the Hyena. Hyena will freak out after some random black goo from the giant frill lizard hits its face. Then it’s getting ripped apart

I'm surprised the feat mention of the Dilo shattering through glass isn't calculated since we have a super clear GIF of it. Anyways, if the Hyena lands even a single bite on the Dilo its getting shredded and the Dilo isn't super accurate with its venom either, so this combined with the intelligence gap in the Hyena's favor makes me think the Hyena will prevail more often than not.

Glass doesn't have a fragmentation/violent fragmentation value, so you can only calculate glass feats if the glass is pulverized. The glass in that clip is, sadly, just fragmented.

Ah yes, in nature it would be something like that, but here it's assumed they're in character, but willing to fight until victory.

Voting Hyenna, it's smarter, faster, and is more adaptive towards the modern world's climate. Not to mention a single bite is enough to KO the Dilo.

Hyena's got more stability with four legs and deals with more impressive prey. I don't remember much about the Dilophosaurus, but I think the Hyena gets a fatal bite more often than not. Voting the Hyena.
