TBF didn’t we in these situations when we’re missing stuff in the profiles we mark it as iffy/Unrankable until we get updates? ie Raven vs Twilight, Zatanna Vs Scarlet Witch?
Because the profile is missing so much I would not be surprised if it gets deleted like how Raven’s profile was for being so garbage like this would not pass QA if submitted today.

AP looks same tier but DIO has crazy speed advantage. Did Al get hax downgrades? Need to figure out can DIO kill Al using VSW stuff.

Alucard has both mind hax and resistance to it, whereas Dio only has the hax. So Alucard would have the edge in a mind hax battle. The other issue is that Dio has no win condition if Schrodinger is used.
It is also interesting that they used a non-canon anime feat for Dio while Alucard's strongest state was explicitly not used.

Not quite composite, but since Eyes of Heaven is literally a different Dio from a different universe, they did basically composite the regular Dio by giving him non-canon anime feats. They did that while refusing to use Schrodinger on the grounds of not knowing how his abilities work, even though we've seen how Schrodinger works due to Schrodinger's own actions and due to Alucard using the power to return from non-existence. The fact they claimed Dio could mind hax Alucard while ignoring that Alucard would actually have a massive edge in that mental battle only further proves how biased they were.

Which forces them to choose one or the other. They chose the weaker version, contrary to their claim to use the characters' maximum potential.
They themselves admitted that Alucard's Level 0 is overrated in-universe and poses more threat to Alucard himself than to Dio, and meanwhile Schrodinger leaves Dio unable to kill Alucard except via flesh bud which might not work anyway and leaves Dio even more open to Alucard's own mind hax, which Dio has no resistance to.
The fact that they backed this up by declaring how "cool" it looked to show Dio fighting the undead army and how they couldn't not show that, only further demonstrates this problem. At best this demonstrates that maximum potential matters less than what they thought looked good, and at worst it's an excuse not to use Schrodinger.
What happened was one of their people wrote a blog years earlier that said Dio would win for the exact reasons they laid out. Obviously they stuck to that and twisted various factors (use of non-canon material, not using Alucard at his strongest, ignoring Alucard's superior mental hax prowess) to accommodate it.

We see him use it to return from non-existence at the end, and earlier we saw Schrodinger use it several times.
They claim to use the characters at their maximum potential rather than a random point in their timeline.
