Originally, Benio's Shaking of Magano was scaled as a simple earthquake calc but after this thread, I've realized it's more acceptable to view the feat as shaking the dimension. It's been checked here and an accepted end has been reached. This crt is for framing the feat as usable and consistent from a lore and scaling stand point.

Here's the calc.

First the guidelines for outlier:
1) Is it a big jump or drop in power? If a character with several city destruction feats is shown to be able to destroy a mountain, we cannot necessarily consider it as an outlier, for the reason that the jump between tiers is not extreme enough to be so, despite the jump between energy values we attribute to them. If the character has very few feats, we can likely ignore this point.

2) Is it a unique or exceptional incident? If incidents of a similar level are repeated consistently over time, they are unlikely to be outliers. Usually, from the third incident onwards. If the character has very few feats, we can also likely skip this point.

3) Is the event unexplained and unjustified? If an extreme incident is not accompanied by any kind of explanation that justifies it, it is probably an outlier. But if it can be explained by means of some power-up, vulnerability, or limiter, it is likely not. If Superman is wounded by a bullet, it's probably an outlier. But if Superman was under the influence of red sunlight or was previously weakened with Kryptonite, it is not.

4) Does the event break the previously established power-scaling? Here we must take into account a number of factors, such as comparable characters possessing feats or statements of a similar level to the hypothetical outlier, the outlier not being supported by fights that might suggest a similar level, or subsequent events or statements that contradict it in some way.

5) Does the event break with the narrative of the work? Many times an outlier breaks with what has been previously established or shown in a work, creating inconsistencies that are difficult to resolve unless we invalidate one of the two events. If, for example, a character claims not to be able to dodge bullets, even though he was previously seen dodging them explicitly, we are faced with a contradiction where we will probably have to resort to using the more reliable evidence.

1. At this point, this is a weakened Kegare King who, at full power is 4-C, scaling to Abe no Seimei who is stated to have infinite spiritual power and created Magano. Considering this is her (its a woman) weakest form would mean this is the only feat it has with it's later incarnations also dominating the Twelve Guardians and also matching Rokuro, the Great Yang. Additionally, although they are not the Kegare King, several characters exhibit power portrayed at the tier 6 level, demonstrating the narrative implications of strength such as Hijirimaru's transformation having the power to affect an entire region of Japan, that being the Kanto region. There is also 5 other times the same thing Hijirimaru did happened, it's portrayed as the endangerment of the island and start of the end of the world. Lastly just to push further the gap between exorcists and Basaras, Twelve Guardians often need their spiritual enchantments to kill Shinja level Kegare, an evolution one level lower than Basara. You can check the verse page to see the verse has very little feats for Basaras & Twelve Guardians, almost being nonexistent but even more so for Kegare King/Benio, so this falls within rule 1's last point.

2. It is unique, and this form is a one time thing with it being the only feat. Later on we see a stronger Kegare King and stronger Benio in her Kegare body.

3. The feat's justified through how its done. The Kegare King is being summoned inside Benio and requires an immense amount of Spiritual Power and we see yin energy being drawn into Benio for this.

4. There is no previously established power scale for Basara level characters until this arc and within the arc we find out that Basaras, even the weakest of them, have more spiritual power than several Twelve Guardians. This is the first time we get told the ranking of the Basaras. Furthermore, the Twelve Guardians are portrayed as having a high narrative power level later into the story. In the past, the ancestors assisted in battling and ultimately sealing the Kegare King alongside Seimei. While they don't show dealing significant visible damage, the key point is that they were powerful enough to be used in the fight and contribute to its sealing. Additionally, these Shikigami are not separate reincarnations; rather, they are passed down through generations and given to worthy individuals, deemed of wielding their power. So such a high tier isn't at all inconsistent with the overall portrayal of power as even the Twelve Guardians have scaling to the god tiers.

5. Similar to 4, this can't break the narrative as up til now, we had no clue of the extent of Basaras nor really the Twelve Guardians, something told to us later. There's also no statements to suggest the Basara aren't this level and their power scale is only compared to exorcists in quantity as I mentioned above.

TL:DR –
  • Shinja level Kegare, an evolution below Basaras, are already considered threats to Tsuchimikado island and even stated a horde of them could wipe it off the face of the Earth. Shinjas also follow in the range of a Basara like Hijirimaru, who can affect the entire Kanto region, the Shinjas are stated to have already endangered the island 5 other times with it being described as the start of the end of the world.
  • This is not Benio's power but the Kegare King being channeled through her and using a small amount of its power to fight and caused the feat. At full power, the Kegare King is already considered a planetary threat but also scales far higher off Abe no Seimei's creation of Magano.
  • This feat is extremely early on into the manga and does not contradict the scaling of the Basaras as this was the second introduction of Basaras with them demonstrating this level of power.
  • Twelve Guardians are shown to be much higher than their limited calcs would imply as they fought and aided in sealing the Kegare King in the past.
  • Majority of characters don't scale to Basaras and most of the Twelve Guardians will be downscaled as the Basara's are stated to have several times the amount of Spiritual Power than several guardians.

Attack Potency
  • The lower Twelve Guardians will down scale from the top 8 with a Likely rating (29.6 Exatons) as stated by Narumi, they are far inferior to them.
  • Kamui being the weakest Basara scales not to Basaras but to the weaker Twelve Guardians as we do see he's able to be harmed by Roku and Benio's resonance and is on Yuto's level. They'd also get Likely ratings
  • Twelve Guardians who scale to Basaras, the ones above Narumi in his ranking, scale far higher as stated by him, he's far inferior to them in genuine battles (188 Exatons)
  • 5-C Basaras like Gabura, scale above Benio's feat of shaking Magano (188 Exatons)
  • Low 5-B for majority of Twelve Guardians comes from Spiritual Enchantments being a 36x boost to power (1.06 Zettatons), and the top 8 are slightly higher (6.76 Zettatons)
  • Characters slightly higher into Low 5-B are comparable to Merged Hijirimaru as his power was multiplied several times (3.18 Zettatons)
  • Higher into Low 5-B characters such as Dark Embryo Yuto scale to Tenma Unomiya in his Spiritual Enchantment as it boosts power 36x and his base already scales above other Twelve Guardians Spiritual Enchantment (38.16 Zettatons)
  • Characters that scale to higher value of 5-B scale off Unchained Yuto as he's able to overpower Tenma and Rokuro's resonance which amplifies enchantments by five times (190.8 Zettatons)
  • Even higher into 5-B characters like Unchained Sakanashi scale four times greater than Gentai Yuto as he has four fragments of the Great Yang (763.2 Zettatons)
  • Those with a slightly higher reach into 5-B like Great Yin scale off Great Yang Awakened as Rokuro has all fragments of the Great Yang (954 Zettatons)
Lifting Strength
  • Class T comes from 36x boost of Twelve Guardians Spiritual Enchantment (1.79e14kg)
  • Class P comes from 36x boost of Tenma's Spiritual Enchantment (6.45e15kg)

This is how the scaling will look updated going off the calc. Lastly Rokuro, Benio, Yuto and Kamui in their first keys can get possibly ratings scaling to the Twelve Guardians or be further downscaled since Rokuro and Benio's attacks are unable to do anything to Kamui, 1 and 2, and Kamui is the weakest of the Basaras.
Here's the pages being updated, right now I'm only upgrading the AP, Durability, SS, and LS, speed will be updated, but the upgrade will come in the future along with the Post singularity keys.

I added the updated scaling for the pages. Some stuff will change when this gets accepted, mainly Shimon's and Arima's ap with shikigami enchantments

Looks good. Though, do you mean 5-B here? (lol)
Those with a slightly higher reach into 5-C like Great Yin scale off Great Yang Awakened as Rokuro has all fragments of the Great Yang (954 Zettatons)

Wholly yapparoli make your crt's a little smaller dawg no wonder they aren't getting attention

Looked up the pages history myself. Next time, link the CRT in the justification for the edit. You could get in trouble and the pages reverted if not. Power of the Verse on the verse page needs to be updated too, btw.
