so miyabi does have the general AP advantage here. i checked RWBY's verse page and
i'm pretty sure ruby scales to this calc, not the 173 tons one (that one from the looks of it didn't get approved). it wouldn't necessarily matter because miyabi still has the edge regardless of what calc you use since she also upscales from her 448 ton value.
outside of that though, uhhhh i'm gonna be real i think miyabi is getting cooked pretty badly lol
the big elephant in the room is the ridiculous LS gap. it's literally over 34,000x. ruby might straight up tear miyabi's limbs off by accident if they're engaging in CQC. considering petal burst lets ruby create giant tornadoes capable of sucking people in, i don't really think miyabi has any way to defend against that unless she's lucky enough to be out of it's range.
miyabi does have vital view to help her dodge attacks, but ruby basically has her own version of it with petal burst. granted i'm not sure if the speed amp petal burst gives ruby is as ludicrious as VV but it still gives her a reliable way to evade attacks and be extremely mobile. ruby resists heat and cold, so tailless wouldn't really phase her much if at all. and ruby has her own elemental manip via her dust ammunition, none of which are things miyabi really resists. miyabi gets hit by a single electric dust and she's basically a sitting duck waiting to get torn apart by the ridiculous LS gap
miyabi does have the capability of one shotting with spatial manip, but considering it's a charged attack, i don't think she's ever really gonna get the opportunity to get it off when ruby is constantly moving around and attacking her, not to mention ruby herself being mobile enough with petal burst to where it wouldn't really be hard for her to just avoid it
using a key for ruby with lower LS might be a bit fairer imo, because that absurd LS gap is really what makes me feel like this is kinda one-sided in ruby's favor
