Honestly, there's no reason to assume Schrodinger Alucard is weaker or even apply that likely rating. His tearing apart of Anderson and fighting Walter was done after his army was destroyed.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics (Vampires are noted to be exceedingly powerful, being able to tear through humans like they were mere rags)

Enhanced Senses (Vampires through using their third eye are able to see targets even from 600 meters away at night)

Extrasensory Perception (It is noted that vampires have excellent reflexes and concentration, a sixth sense)

Surface Scaling (Vampires can walk on walls and run up them)

Immortality (Vampires are noted to be ageless and immortal)

Regeneration (Low-Mid; Vampires can normally regenerate from things such as Alucard being shot up by multiple guns at once and losing parts of his body and arms)

Resurrection (Through blood coming on their body or drinking it, vampires are able to reanimate their corpses

Analytical Prediction (Vampires are able to feel a humans killing intent and read their movements)

Transformation (Shapeshifting; Alucard views as basic vampire abilities the ability to transform into mist or bats)

Telepathy (Vampires are able to speak telepathically with their servants)

Corruption (Vampires can only breed more vampires by drinking the blood of a virgin of the opposite sex, others are simply food and end up becoming ghouls, the servants of vampires)

Telekinesis (Vampires are able to attack enemies from a distance away with mere flicks)

Blood Manipulation (Vampires are able to suck the blood from humans which acts as both their sustenance and as a way to heal or resurrect)

Animal Manipulation (Noted that vampires can manipulate wolves and bats)

Resistance to Illusions (Vampires through the use of their third eye can see through illusions, along with this, even vampires untrained in their third eye will be able to tell that something is an illusion)


Vehicular Mastery (Alucard is able to pilot and fly a SR-71 reconnaissance jet , which are jets that are tricky and delicate to fly properly)

Weapon Mastery (Shown to be a master wielder of his guns, being able to dual wield them to shoot down multiple foes at once. Able to shoot a target from one kilometer away dead on)

Fear Manipulation (Alucard has sent fear and intimidation into people, causing a soldier to kill themself after they saw what Alucard did to all of their comrades. Sent immense fear and terror into Rip Van Winkle, making her unable to move, along with his mere near presence making her fall to her knees and go into a panic state. His presence and the start of his restriction level 0 sent fear into over 3000 soldiers. Similar to Seras, who was able send fear to Millenium Vampires)

Immortality Type 4 (Because of the number of souls Alucard has within himself he cannot die as every time he's killed a soul dies for him, and Alucard has more than 120,000 souls inside of him. Alucard can possess bats and bugs in order to recreate his body)

Aura (Alucard is noted to have a powerful chi one can sense)

Regeneration (High-Mid; Reattached his arms. Regenerated his head. Regenerated his whole body getting shot until his bones appeared twice. Low-Godly with souls; Can reform his body from nothing by sacrificing a soul)

Telekinesis (Telekinetically controlled a HMS Eagle to come back towards London)

Mind Manipulation (Can hypnotize others with a touch and on sight)

Fire Manipulation (After biting into Tubalcain Alhambra, he caused him to set on fire and burn to death

Memory Manipulation (Alucard manipulated the memory of a pilot he hijacked a helicopter from where he had no memories of what he was doing there. Through biting into Tubalcain Alhambra, everything he and the nazis were up to were engraved into Alucard's brain)

Absorption, Fusionism and Conceptual Manipulation (Type 3 - Alucard has shown the capabilities of absorption, ranging from biological entities like Tubalcain, absorbing his entire body, to more abstract and fundamental abilities, such as absorbing the blood of others which contains their mind, body, soul, and existence. Alucard's even capable of absorbing abstract entities like Schrodinger, a being whose composed entirely of his own thoughts and perceptions)

Weather Manipulation (Caused a massive fog around him and his ship so no one could detect him while he was entering the harbor

Illusion Manipulation (Put an illusion on Walter as a vampire that he could not see through. Alucard put illusions around Luke Valentine)

Summoning (With Level 0, Alucard summons an undead army of all the 120 thousand souls he had collected)

Darkness Manipulation (Created several dozen shadow arms)

Body Control/Additional Limbs (Can create several arms from his back)

Sealing (Getting eaten by Alucard's Hell-Hound traps one's soul in it)

Intangibility (Can phase through walls. Can become a cloud of red mist to make attacks against him utterly useless)

Statistics Amplification (After not drinking blood for decades, Alucard was able to restore himself to full strength in seconds from just a small amount of blood)

Homing Attack (Absorbed Rip Van Winkle, and because of that he can use her "magic bullets" that chase the target.)

Resistance to Illusion Creation/Mind Manipulation (Alucard possesses a third eye which he can use to break out of illusions and hypnotize others much like Seras)

Resistance to Holy Manipulation (Shrugged off Anderson's holy bayonets)

Resistance to Regeneration Negation With level 1 (High-Mid; Alucard regenerated from Tubalcain's cards, despite previously being unable to)

Resistance to Poison Manipulation (Survived the Jackal exploding in his hand which contains mercury)

Resistance to Extreme Cold (Flew the SR-71 Blackbird at an altitude of 85,000 feet, placing him in the stratosphere with no padding or any signs of discomfort)

Resistance to Extreme Heats (Was unaffected by being surrounded by fire)

Unconventional Resistance to Soul Manipulation (Due to possessing thousands of souls within himself)


Regeneration Negation (Up to High-Mid; Alucard's guns uses holy made bullets, which much like Anderson's blades, can negate Alucard's regeneration, as stated by the latter himself. The Jackal is able to completely negate Anderson's super regenerative abilities who has already stated and shown to possess a healing factor capable of healing bullet wounds all over his body and even head. Can use Tubalcain's cards, which can impede his own regenerative abilities)

Blessed (Alucard's guns are blessed, allowing him to harm supernatural beings with them)

Holy Manipulation (With Casull and Jackal; The bullets fired by Casull are made from the melted silver Christian cross from Manchester Cathedral, while the bullets fired by Jackal are jacketed with a casing of Macedonian silver and each bullet is individually blessed)

Poison Manipulation (The rounds fired by the Jackal feature an explosive tip that contains a charge of pre-blessed mercury)

Explosion Manipulation (Alucard's guns contain explosive properties)

Monster Anderson could fight Straitjacket Alucard somewhat, Seras could hold Anderson back.

The Jackal could still stagger Monster Anderson, and base Anderson could withstand a few hits from the Jackal.

The power to freely appear anywhere, transcending time and space, would normally imply infinite or immeasurable speed. Given it's describing a pseudo omnipresence it can't apply to speed though, obviously. It could indicate a potentially universal range in this case.

Yeah, I know that's how it has to be indexed since he's technically only able to decide his location and state, so he technically isn't in more than one place at a time. It's treated a bit like omnipresence but it's not really what it is.

is there any actually good 9-B feats for the non High 8-C Vamps, even if it just makes them baseline

since y'all are actually making good args for Luke not getting his Physicals downgraded

I need a different feat for them to scale to

since Skull Crushing is 9-C

My Seras rework needs it

It seemed as if the metal still wasn't fully covered. I don't agree with Bambu that the shadows don't scale to Alucard given the shadows are literally his body transformed.

Even if the metal wasn't fully covered he was still covering the majority of the plane. The OVA literally shows the metal being covered anyway and the very next frame shows that even though the metal is being exposed a second later, the red outline still shows it being covered by Alucard's shadow.

It seems to be covering the edges too.

I'd honestly be okay with downscaling on the grounds that he only covered most of it including the key stress points.
 
It might require some kind of recalculation to measure exactly how much he covered, but it is clearly close to half and includes the edges which are key stress points.
 
im done with making CRT's
