Yeah, defined by Prometheus by the things you said which doesn't necessitate that all of them must be fundamental, it's literally differentiated there, they're "compositions", civilizations is composed of those things + stories as the fundamental aspects

Seeing other characters from other works with PMs for no real reason but simply interpretations makes their PMs lose their substance, then Hoyoverse is one of the few works that truly deserves PM.
