Well I already explained the devils in hell would be considered outside influence. They are just residents of Hell who don't work for Makima (And are even actively opposed to her given Darkness Devil tried merking her). Mahoraga's opponent is Makima, and Mahoraga knows that. So they'd absolutely focus on her specifically. So realistically, try to escape asap. I think his adaptation would get him out of Hell, but honestly just finding the right door works too given Denji did it pretty damn easily.

Yeah, i just remembered that while they are super agressive they also wouldn't even be able to see Mahoraga here, so it just gets to sit down and meditate while adapting

I am planning to respond to some points when I am free, but the way you guys keep mentioning Makima's abilities not existing is really pissing me off. We have had countless discussions about this and there is even a note on her profile. Can we please read?
 
I have no idea why people are saying Sukuna can use Shrine, like, that's obviously Yuji's Cursed technique????
I know he used his body for a while, but claiming he could use it on the same level as Yuji is kinda crazy

If you wish to restrict the "possible" devil contracts, which are the exact ones you are describing, you have the option to do that. The OP has clearly allowed her access to those possible devil contracts. So why are we anchored to meaningless complaining about it? Hell, the wincons we are discussing for Makima are contracts we know for sure that she possesses and are not in the "possible" sector.

Dude dude, i know allat, where did i say that she doesn't have them, i even separately said that aint the point
One of the mentioned wincons was Cosmo

and the other one, main one, Hell BFR, is also an ability she never actually used

Im not saying she CANNOT at all, but assuming that's her first move or something is weird
 
The Hell Devil is a devil she actually has a contract with and uses. I am definitely not saying it is her first move either. I was just attempting to mention and validate it as a win con in general.

I am a spectator here for the most part. What you and Robo said made it appear to me that you are implying that because she never used certain abilities on screen, she would never use them in a completely different fight.

So it's all a big misunderstanding. Seperate from Hossein.

I forgot she had genius intelligence but unironically I don't think she should have it. Intelligence isn't just measured by strategy. Kenjaku for example who is a great strategist not just in combat but in setting up wide scale economic and political plans to turn governments against each other to cause chaos and benefit traps/games he set up while also benefiting him by taking an edge off, etc. would at best imo be Genius intellect. Plus, I wouldn't really say deciding what powers to use takes genius intelligence. As far as I'm aware no one in this thread is a genius (I'm certainly not, but if we have a genius here, please speak up) but all of you are able to come up with great ways to use her abilities despite them being things she never did even when these abilities would've been highly beneficial.

She's not dumb tho. I agree to that.

Why did vs wiki come up with this fake ass fallacy, and why do people use it incorrectly. I defined clear limits to Mahoraga's adaptation. That isn't a no limit fallacy, it's called basic extrapolation. It would be no limits if I said Mahoraga's adaptation worked against everything no matter what. I am even willing to acknowledge some abilities within CSM itself that Mahoraga couldn't adapt to. Yet we want to pass it off as NLF.

Yeah, those are fine. Granted I'm unsure if aging would even work for different reasons since Mahoraga isn't made of like, normal matter that decomposes. But there isn't anything in JJK like age manip or conceptual erasure. So he shouldn't adapt to that shit.

You do not need to do all of that to be ranked as a genius in intelligence. It does not require global political restructuring or being a scientific polymath. The definition literally allows specialization in one area. Makima's specialization is long term manipulation, psychological engineering and institutional control and she demonstrates that at an exceptional level throughout Part 1, for the interest of time, I'll just only use the examples in her intelligence section alone.

Planning Denji's entire emotional trajectory, orchestrating Aki and Power's deaths for a specific psychological outcome, consolidating divisions under her authority and manipulating even other Geniuses who were suspicious of her. And if I recall, Makima never had to use any of her possible contracts because her plans were so meticulous and straight forward in every battle that she has ever fought in.

And If I am not mistaken, I'm pretty sure Sukuna is enlisted as a Genius himself, and deservedly so.

I feel like most of this an ordinary manipulative person could do. Only part where I think it takes more is the whole division and political stints.

I am unsure if I would consider Sukuna a genius in anything outside of Jujutsu.
 
All this talk about the hell devil's making me feeling I should've 100% restricted it from the gate but I didn't want be labed a "JJK glazer who doesn't let Makima' use stuff she's always had in matchups for some reason" and wanted the match to be them with all their tools
