You haven't commented on any other part of the CRT outside of Spider-Man and literally only focused on the Vulture bit, if you're saying you agree with 90% of the CRT then you questioning why he isn't MHS is complete nonsense. Its explained in the OP why he isn't but you're sitting here asking why they are being downgraded

The Spidey scaling is getting nuked because scaling to TASM characters, like Electro and Andrew Spidey, is wonky af and artificially inflated MCU Spidey from where he typically is at. The fact he’s going from FFH, where he still has feats in line with the general scaling proposed for the MCU, to NWH, where he now has lightning feats, without any significant training or reasoning for being that much faster suddenly, just lends itself to being jank from crossover. So it’s just kinda crazy to say that he went from Captain America level to statuing Quicksilver.
At least that’s what I’ve gathered about the Spidey scaling.

He’s referring to Quicksilver, who is stated to be supersonic several times and only like maybe has hypersonic scaling, can statue Captain America, who basically bullied a fresh Spider-Man.
While obviously he’s gotten stronger, the gap in strength required for him to go from basically subsonic to MHS+, damn near fastest in the MCU, is insane, particularly because No Way Home and Far From Home are not super far apart / he’s not noted to have become massively faster in that time between movies.
So the only recourse for keeping MHS would be that FFH Spidey is also MHS, which contradicts how he isn’t blitzing every character in the verse come Thanos, when everyone else has a thousand anti-feats and consistent Supersonic peaks.

X-Men speed is apparently getting potentially overhauled next so idk.
Also it’s more crossover scaling which just results in messed up ratings everywhere, hence why I dislike scaling the MCU anyway when they include other stories with completely different scaling chains.
Doomsday might change things and give great feats, but it also might further confirm lower speeds, or it could just completely derail all scaling due to bad writing or poor portrayal. That’ll be up to the MCU supporters to figure out.

They'd legit have to abandon how they've handled everything for years and throw like 10 MHS combat and reaction feats back to back or some shit though because just a 1 off feat of someone just flying or something ain't gonna cut it especially since this crt is essentially just establishing a new basis

Looks like MCU Spider-Man has a missile dodging feat of his own as early as Civil War. By Far From Home, he also dodged the close range drone shot that hit the illusion Nick Fury, though that might get outlier results, especially considering it's before Spidey starts using his Spider-Sense as well as he is by the end of the movie, and he fails to avoid a second shot shortly afterwards.

Even more speed feats:
- Iron Man Mark 1 reacts to an RPG (presumably all other armors should have superior agility, plus the Mark 1 has no speed rating listed on its profile except flight speed)
- War Machine Mark 2 deflects a rocket (from the Iron Man 3 Prelude comic)
- Iron Man Mark 6 dodges a missile from a Hammer Drone (presumably the Navy Drone, which according to The Wakanda Files uses Stinger Missiles similar to those used on a battleship):

I'm calculating a lot of the support feats for the tier change as of right now, once I can finish more of those up and get those evaluated we can have some more consistency to ratings, I mean not like we don't got a lot already but just adding even more to the batch

here's what I've got so far, working on part 3 right now, then it will be p4 and so on
not really if you're looking frame by frame you can already see the moment the arrow is release Iron Man's foot inches forward a bit while he slightly arches back and raises his hand to control his flight and move so he's already started his motion from the moment the arrow is fired so essentially it look the entire distance of travel from the arrow for him to narrowly dodge but its solidly subsonic still

I'm doing calcs for consistency for applying everything regardless just getting like 1 or 2 calcs that hit a certain isn't enough for an upgrade with what this thread is proposing, its functionally creating a wall that can only be breached when the volume of feats at higher tiers that are valid for combat and reactions are higher than what exist for lower end feats and statements.
Think of like the tier 6 lockdown mario is in, this is the same as that so unless there's a massive shift in presentation, feats, and statements to back a major upgrade these current caps are here to stay especially if this presentation remains consistent.

Since the Raimi-verse would be immensely affected as well, shouldn't we also calc feats for it too?
- For the full slow motion scene, it can net Supersonic to Hypersonic perception speed based on the fly's wing speed at 200 to 600 hz vs an apparent speed of like 1.25 to 1.5 hz (Viewing walking speed as completely frozen, while moving at apparent walking speed would also be ~Supersonic+)
- Spidey's webslinging here should net high yield since that was a some odd 1000 ft in seconds
- All of the train feats should net generally Subsonic

Being able perceive the full motion of a fly flapping its wings is just like 4 milliseconds per flap as your source said that's just subsonic+ perceptions

I mean, I think hypersonic is a stretch. But flies do flap their wings on average 200 times per second. I didn’t time it, but it does look like it takes maybe a second in that slowed down perceptionFlies are NOT gonna make him Hypersonic bro
That would be like Supersonic perception and/or reaction, would it not?
Obviously we should do a proper calc, and decide if it’s an outlier or not, but that is something worth calculating

Reactions would require a movement within said timeframe, something like this where it's effectively just the timeframe itself would just apply to perception speed
