When should I assume at least Super Human speed (12.43 m/s) on a character attack, or projectile coming at another character? If the character would be assumed to be moving at Super Human speed (12.43 m/s) on a feat where they seem to be moving fast and trying hit another character at their standard speed, and the verse supports numerous times of the characters being superhuman, even if that character was holding back on attacking another character, but there was still motion blur on his attack, does assuming SuperHuman speed still counts?
I don't get where it's even said in the wiki about assuming Super Humans speed in speeds calc about a character blitzing another (the speed blitzed character being gsueprhuman and the faster character scaling from that), as if it everyone assumed that applies always because they see that assumption in any accepted calc they see to use as an example to make their own speed calcs
