Well I think Yuki with Garuda kick can break her armour but speed I guess I agree she is likely faster

1. Bug Armor Yorozu
2. Yuki (Even with Yorozu Speed advantage, one clean hit is all it takes and Yuki has RCT while Yorozu seemingly doesn't [Mappa will give Yorozu it, trust])
3. Base Yorozu
4. Maki

CG Yuta gets sent to Shoko from Yorozu (though, ngl, she has no domain feats. then again, neither does at the time of the culling games. his domain refinement feat from the Shinjuku Showdown is on profile but we know gojo made Yuta significantly better with barriers so idk). She has output on par with the strongest of the heian era, had a scuffle with 16F sukuna, blocked a strike from a 16F sukuna with Creation, killed multiple Uro level people with her big armor, and put paced, drew blood, and bruised 16F sukuna

Probably OG Rika (she counts, right?), Geto was sure if he got her he would be able to beat Gojo with it and Gojo even says he'd risk his life to defeat Rika if she ever went on a rampage.

So probably her, I don't see any other woman in the series having even a slight chance against Gojo let alone having a 99% chance.

Also, she can just steal anyone's technique she fights against and has WAY more Cursed energy.

thats due to her copy technique which id say is fair

but wasnt her unconditional copy retconned anyway

Naw, there's two different Rika isn't there.

OG Rika was Rika Orimoto cursed to live as a vengeful spirit by Yuta.

The Rika that shows up now is the cursed energy left behind by Rika for Yuta to use, so she's much weaker. Now she has all sorts of Restrictions on her like the 5 min limit and having to eat someone's unregenerated flesh to retain a technique.
 
ok but serious question why cant she just punch at like, 6A or 5C if her limit is higher

yeah i know that but i thought 0 rika still had to eat flesh

if her copy is truly unconditional then yeah thats top 1 female
 
rika becoming a shikigami is kinda ass ngl i personally prefer if yuta kept a limited amount of techniques in his brain with no time limit like kenjaku

Real question, and she maybe can? Tegen could contain the Black Hole and she says she's not a Fighter, and that isn't even considered to be the highest output in the series.

Ryu Ishigori is said to have the highest cursed energy output out of anyone in the Colonies and that includes Kenjaku who was a part of the Culling Games and he was able to overpower Yuki's black hole with his anti-gravity technique when he surpassed the limit on the technique's out by using his body as a Domain

So maybe Domains do let people get into those higher tiers?

It doesn't mean Yuki. She wasn't in the Culling Games... but Kenjaku was. And he overpowered Yuki's black hole with his Anti-Gravity technique.

I even just checked the Raws in Japanese and he says:

"I used my own body as a Domain to enhance the output and duration of the technique, which is normally difficult to control. It was a gamble, but it worked." (Or something to that effect, I don't speak Japanese, just using some translators, so results may vary)

Which means he's countering Yuki's Black Hole with his own Cursed energy output with the Anti-Gravity technique.

You can’t say something is context dependent and not explain why the context depicts something different. We’ve seen the usage of the kanji imply a certain thing (Yuki) so explain why Gojo’s use case is different
